Roller live storage pallet racking

This system uses gravity force to enable aidless movement of pallets along roller conveyors. This provides ideal turnover of warehoused goods and helps to save time and storage space.

This type of racking is used for warehouses with limited range of goods. Live storage racking is useful for warehousing of goods with limited shelf time. The storages, which apply this type of racking are used as intransit depots. Live storage racking allows to use effective storage area for placing of goods to the best advantage (up to 90%). It also implies functioning of two (or more) units of warehouse loading equipment. The first unit is to operate in loading zone and the second one - in unloading area.
A pallet slowly rolls down along rollers from loading zone to an unloading area at an angle of 3-4 degrees. A lift truck takes the pallet in the unloading area and the following pallet infills. This type of racking allows to classify goods and save transportation time. As well, live storage racking is useful owing to separation of loading and unloading areas.
