Live storage pallet racking system Push-Back (PB)

Live storage pallet racking system Push-Back (PB) is one of the latest developments. It combines features of conventional, drive-in and live storage racking. PUSH-BACK allows to use warehouse area maximally and place wide range of goods at the same time.

PUSH-BACK is an accumulative system. Every pallet is loaded to a separate slide. The pallets are loaded one after another and they also move aidless during unloading operations. 

All the pallets of one tier, except the last one, are placed on a sort of small cart. The small carts move along the rails, which are little inclined towards the front part of racking.

Thus, the rear pallets move forward after taking out the pallet, which is closest to a working passage. All the pallets of each tier are to contain load of the same type, because their turnover is carried out according to LIFO system (the last loaded pallet is taken out first).

ADVANTAGES

• Push-Back racking is ideally suited for loads with an average turnover, when there are two or more pallets of the same name;
• Maximal use of height is possible due to a specially developed construction system;
• Unlike drive-in racking, different types of loads can be stored in every tier.
